Delivery
We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, although during holiday periods the time may be slightly extended. If the order was placed over the weekend or on a holiday, we will start processing the order on the next working day.
Once the order is processed internally by our team, shipping times, costs, and the spending threshold to obtain free shipping vary according to the destination country as follows:

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can notify us via email at info@giadero.com within 14 days of the purchase date to request an exchange or a refund.
The return shipping will be covered by Giadero in case of a defective or incorrect product, while for all other returns, the shipping costs and any additional fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. Purchases must be returned by mail or courier in the original packaging, must not have been used, washed, or damaged, and must be in resellable condition. No exchanges or refunds will be made for products that are returned incomplete, damaged, or dirty.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on giadero.com. For further questions or specific requests, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team by sending an email to info@giadero.com.
Returns due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be sent to the following address: Eversa srl, Viale Trieste 29 c - 36100, Vicenza (VI), Italy.
The responsibility for the items lies with the customer until they arrive at our warehouse.
If it is a damaged or incorrect product
Register or log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to be returned, and click the button to request the return, indicating the reason and the items to be returned in the appropriate section. You will soon be contacted by our customer service team to authorize the return and assist you in the best return method or, for returns from Italy, to book a home pickup by the courier. The standard shipping will be covered by Giadero, while any customs duties and charges for sending the exchanged goods will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be communicated and handled by our customer service team.
Once the return has been authorized by our team, we will send you the shipping label, which you must fill out, attach to the package, and then proceed to send it to Eversa srl at the following address: Eversa srl, Viale Trieste 29 c - 36100, Vicenza (VI), Italy.
For all other types of returns and size exchanges

Alternatively, for returns from Italy only, you can book a home pickup through our customer care team; in this case, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Refunds
Giadero will verify the quality of the returned product and will issue the refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on giadero.com. You will receive the refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase as quickly as possible.
Please note that refund times may vary depending on the payment providers.
The refund will be free of charge and will always include the amount of the product or items being returned.
